Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

We understand that travel plans can sometimes be tricky. If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, we’re happy to accommodate your request whenever possible. This is generally feasible if we don’t have another guest checking in or out on the same day.

To request an adjusted time, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to make it work for you!

We have a 2 night minimum rental requirement.

Our home is designed to comfortably sleep up to 12 people, offering a variety of sleeping arrangements:

• 1 King bed
• 3 Queen beds
• 1 Queen pull-out bed
• 2 Single trundle beds

For parking, we can accommodate up to 8 cars in the garage and/or driveway. While street parking isn’t strictly prohibited by the city, we kindly ask that guests limit street parking as much as possible for safety and as a courtesy to our neighbors, due to the narrow street. Please note that no after-hours street parking is allowed, and guests should not park in front of neighbors’ driveways.

• 100% Refund: You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel 14 days or more before your scheduled check-in date.
• 50% Refund: You’ll receive a 50% refund if you cancel 7 days or more before your scheduled check-in date.
• No Refund: No refund will be issued if you cancel less than 6 days before your scheduled check-in date.

To ensure a peaceful environment and to respect our neighbors in Chanhassen, parties are strictly prohibited at our property. 

We understand you might want to have a small gathering during your stay. Small gatherings may be permitted, but only with our prior approval. Please contact us in advance to discuss your plans and get approval.

In accordance with City of Chanhassen regulations, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask all guests to strictly adhere to these hours to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone in the neighborhood.

We love animals, but for the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are not permitted at our rental. This policy helps us maintain a clean and allergen-free environment for everyone.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices.

If you choose to smoke outdoors, we kindly request that you responsibly dispose of all cigarette butts in a trash receptacle. Please do not leave them on the ground, in planters, or anywhere else on the property.

A smoking remediation fee will be applied for non-compliance:

• A $300 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found inside the house.
• A $35 cleaning fee will be charged if cigarette butts are found around the exterior of the property.
